Escrow billing arrangements must be made in advance. Unless previously arranged, all fees are payable at the time of inspection.
Please remember: Cancellation of a confirmed inspection without 24 hours notice might result in billing you for lost inspection time.
Construction in process, detached structures and any private well or septic systems will not be inspected or commented upon.
