Please read the order form and agreement and sign where indicated and remember to keep a copy for yourself.
We will need the completed form accessed and signed when you schedule your property inspection, or absolutely no more than 24 hours prior to the appointment in order to set up the software we use for our inspections.
Escrow billing is no longer available. We apologize but the current real estate climate has forced this decision.
First Call Inspections will need a minimum of one to one and a half hours per one-thousand square feet to complete the inspection and your report is typically available within 48 hours thereafter.
Please be advised that an inspection business requires time management. The time and date of your inspection were arranged based on the time and availability of the property, clients; agent(s) and the inspector. It is important that any cancellation be made at least 24 hours or more in advance. This allows availability to other clients and booking of other appointments.
