With years of experience, we are locally owned and not part of any National chain.

Depending on the type of inspection and size of the properties your reports can range from 10 to 35+ pages of concise details and digital photographs that make it easy to understand.

The reports are typically available within 24 hours after the inspection is completed
and it is accessible through this website, and are delivered in an electronic format as well

I am certified by NACHI:
the National Association of Certified Home Inspector’s.
NACHI is the cream of the crop of Professional Inspector Associations.
They have rigid standards of practice as well as a very direct code of ethics that we adhere to.
In fact over half of the Inspectors that apply for membership fail the entrance exam and are not allowed to join until they can pass. NACHI is the only organization that front-ends it’s membership requirements!

First Call Inspections is fully insured, bonded and carries a hold harmless agreement that covers any referring party.

The State of California does not require Home Inspectors to be insured, bonded, or certified by any National Association. We maintain this level of professionalism to give you the best service, and to give you the peace of mind that only comes by hiring a professional, certified Inspector.
